Rover OBD-II support

Pelican knows 5 Rover models. The OBDb has no parameter data for them yet.

Every Rover that supports OBD-II also reports the standard parameters, such as speed and engine data.

About Rover

Rover was a British company that began in the cycle industry in Coventry, England. It made bicycles and tricycles before it made cars. The company announced a small car in 1904.1

In November 1905, the Rover Cycle Company became the Rover Company. After the Second World War, production centered at Solihull, Warwickshire. The Rover Company launched the Land Rover in 1948. It sold better than the Rover luxury cars.12

The Rover Company became part of the Leyland Motor Corporation in 1967.2

Jaguar Land Rover, which Tata Motors owns, now holds the rights to the Rover trademark. No Rover cars are in production.3
