About Peugeot
Peugeot is a French car brand. It began as a family manufacturing business in 1810 that made steel goods, tools and bicycles. In 1889, Armand Peugeot presented the first vehicle with the Peugeot name, a steam tricycle. Stellantis owns the brand since the merger of PSA Peugeot Citroen and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles took effect on January 16, 2021.12
The current UK range includes the 208, 2008, 308 and 3008. The 208 won the European Car of the Year award in 2020. Peugeot won the Indianapolis 500 in 1913, 1916 and 1919.345
Peugeot is moving to electric models. Its chief executive said in 2021 that all Peugeot models in Europe will be electric by 2030.6
European petrol cars have used EOBD since model year 2001, and European diesel cars since 2004.7
