Mercury OBD-II support

Pelican knows 17 Mercury models. The OBDb has no parameter data for them yet.

Every Mercury that supports OBD-II also reports the standard parameters, such as speed and engine data.

Models

About Mercury

Mercury was a Ford Motor Company brand. Edsel Ford created it in 1938. It filled the gap between the Ford and Lincoln model lines. The last Mercury, a 2011 Grand Marquis, left the assembly line on January 4, 2011.12

Mercury sales peaked in 1978 at more than 580,000 vehicles. In 2009, the brand sold about 92,000 vehicles.3

The Cougar debuted in 1967. The Grand Marquis became a Mercury model in the 1970s.1

The Ford board approved the end of Mercury on June 2, 2010. The final models were the Grand Marquis, the Milan and the Mariner.23

Mercury cars built from 1996 onward support OBD-II.4
