About Iveco
Iveco is an Italian maker of commercial vehicles. It was established in 1975 through a merger of five brands. These were Fiat, OM and Lancia of Italy, Unic of France and Magirus-Deutz of Germany.1
Iveco Group became a separate company on January 1, 2022, when it split from CNH Industrial. Trading on Euronext Milan began three days later. In August 2025, Tata Motors agreed to buy the commercial vehicle business and Leonardo agreed to buy Iveco Defence.12
Iveco makes light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. The Daily covers 3.5 to 7.2 tonnes gross vehicle mass, the Eurocargo covers 14 to 19 tonnes, and the S-Way is a heavy on-highway truck. The group also includes the Iveco Bus and FPT Industrial brands.34
