Yes. Apple lists the Civic as compatible with CarPlay for the 2016 through 2025 model years. Honda describes the 2022 Civic sedan as follows. The LX, Sport and EX grades have a standard 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Touring grade has a new 9-inch touchscreen. The Honda press release lists wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with the 9-inch screen.23
